Terms of Service

This shop trades as Sunchiri, at sunchiri.store. That is the name your order is placed with, the name on your confirmation, and the name to use if you ever need to refer to this shop.

Everything reaches us at one address: support@sunchiri.store. There is no separate department for orders, returns or complaints — the same inbox, answered by a person.

These terms cover everything you buy from Sunchiri through this website. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first — they are short on purpose.

They apply to the shop as it is: an online shop that sells and delivers, with no branch to visit and no counter to call. Everything below is written for that.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. The sale is made when we confirm your order by email — until then nothing is owed by either side.

We may decline an order, and will say why. The usual reasons are:

• the item is out of stock or has been discontinued by its maker;
• the price or description was wrong on the page you ordered from;
• we cannot deliver to the address given;
• the order looks fraudulent.

Where an order is declined, nothing is charged and any payment already made is returned in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden additions: what the basket says at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount for the order.

Payment is arranged by email after you place the order. No payment is taken on this website, and no card details are entered here. Once your order is placed we email the payment details to the address on the order, normally within one business hour. Your items are held for you while that is arranged.

An order we have heard nothing about, and received no payment for, may be released after a reasonable time. We write to you before that happens.

A price on a product page is not a promise for the future: prices change, and the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

Product photographs, measurements, fibre composition and care instructions come from the maker or supplier of the item. We pass them on in good faith and correct what we find to be wrong.

Colour on a screen is not colour in daylight — no two displays agree, and a slight difference in shade is not a fault. Sizes follow the maker's own chart, which is on the product page where we have it.

Where a maker changes a specification without notice, we update the page as soon as we know. If a change matters to an order already placed, we tell you and you may cancel.

Delivery is covered by the Shipping Policy, and your right to send something back by the Refund and Returns Policy. Both are part of these terms.

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched: write to support@sunchiri.store with your order number and it is cancelled, with any payment returned in full.

To place an order you need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Give a delivery address that is correct and complete, and an email address you actually read — it is where the payment details, the confirmation and any question about your order will go. A parcel lost to an address typed wrongly is not something we can recover for you, though we will always try to help.

Do not use this website to defraud anyone, to place orders you do not intend to pay for, or to attack the site itself.

We are responsible for the goods being as described and of satisfactory quality, and for delivering them. Where something goes wrong that is our doing, our responsibility runs to the value of the order concerned.

We are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably have been expected from a clothing order — lost earnings, a missed occasion, or a delay caused by a carrier, a customs office or anything else outside our control.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. The mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in apply to your order whatever these terms say, and where the two differ, the law wins.

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to their owners — to us, or to the makers whose product material we publish. Read the site, share a link to it, print a page for yourself; do not republish it as your own or use it commercially without asking.

These terms may change. The version that governs your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change never applies backwards to something you have already bought.

If you are unhappy with an order, write to support@sunchiri.store before anything else. Nearly everything is settled that way within a day or two, and nothing in these terms stops you from taking a complaint further if it is not.
